Fraser is an entertainment and hospitality entrepreneur with a long record of launching successful businesses, including restaurants and property developers. He studied law at the University of Westminster before deciding to set up his first business at 21. Fraser has lived and worked in Chelsea his entire adult life. He is committed to fighting for great schools, employment opportunities, a better NHS, sustainable farming, innovative infrastructure and affordable housing throughout Chelsea if elected.
